1. You pick a
date to
have an event.
2. Order approximate number of bracelets.
Open it to the school community, set a
goal and try to reach it.
3. Four weeks before the event, start advertising in your
school
and in your community.
Let them know
it is a FUNDRAISING
EVENT.
4. Sell the
bracelets at the following prices:
(Weekday)
Mon -Thurs Advance $8.00/ea. or $10/ea at Door
(Weekend)
Fri or Sat Advance $10.00/ea. or $12/ea at Door
5. Two weeks before the event, contact us with how many bracelets
have been sold so far.
This will determine how many inflatables you will
receive (This number can be adjusted if more are sold).
A
minimum
of 200 must be sold in order to have
the event...
but that's easy because
EVERYONE wants to come!
6. You must provide an attendant for each item.
Good supervision is the key to safety.
Here's
