by the customer.

supply the customer with
set-up & tear-down instructions and
Rules of Operation.
YPE will inspect the equipment after
it has been returned to insure
that
the equipment is clean and
free from any negligent damage.
YPE will
charge the customer the
agreed upon cost when returning a dirty
or negligent damaged unit.

Customer
Customer
acknowledges that they are responsible for safe keeping of the rental
equipment while in their possession.
Customer
will make sure the unit is
set-up properly on GRASS and will follow
all
Rules of Operation.
Customer
will return the
unit in clean
condition at the agreed
upon time.
Customer agrees to a $50 cleaning
charge if the unit is returned in dirty condition.
(mud, gum, silly string, food, dirt etc.)
Customer
agrees to pay exact repair charge for any negligent damage of the unit.
(dogs, sharp objects, rips, etc.)
